Project Demonstration


Event Description:

Aavishkar 24’s Project Demonstration competition allows participants to showcase their innovative humanitarian initiatives. Judges and the public evaluate projects, with winners determined by public vote and judge evaluation. This competition promotes creativity, technological ingenuity, and practical problem-solving.

Presentation and Posters: 

Participants will present their projects before judges and the public during the event. Participants should prepare their final presentations, ensuring they effectively communicate their projects’ objectives, methodology, and impact.

Evaluation: 

Winners will be determined through a combination of judge evaluation and public voting. The project of students Graduate/undergraduate and high school students will be separately evaluated. 

Objectives: 

The competition encourages creativity, technological innovation, and real-world problem-solving among participants.

Volunteer Call:

The volunteer will be done by the Logistics team according to the number of registered teams for the event.


Rules

  • Each participant or team may submit only one project for consideration.
  • Projects must address humanitarian tasks or real-world problems, demonstrating a clear and tangible impact on society.
  • Projects may include electronic, mechanical, software, or combined components, but must exhibit definite input and output.
  • Projects must be original work created by the participants or teams submitting them.
  • Each participant or team will be allocated a specific time slot to present their project to the judges and audience.
  • Presentations must clearly articulate the objectives, methodology, and outcomes of the project.
  • Participants must adhere to the designated format and any additional guidelines provided by the organizers.
  • Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the competition.
  • Plagiarism or unauthorized use of intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
  • Projects will be evaluated based on predetermined criteria, including innovation, feasibility, technical proficiency, and potential impact.
  • Judges’ decisions will be final and binding.
  • Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in disqualification from the competition.
  • Participants consent to the use of their project materials, including images, videos, and descriptions, for promotional and educational purposes related to the competition and its affiliated events.
  • The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant or project found to violate the competition rules or exhibit unethical behaviour.
  • The organizers reserve the right to modify or update the competition rules and guidelines as deemed necessary, with notification provided to participants in advance.
  • Participants understand and acknowledge that the organizers and affiliated entities are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the competition.

CERTIFICATE AND AWARDS:

  • A certificate of participation will be provided to all the participants.
  • Certificate of Excellence will be provided to the winners.
