Event Description:

Idea Based Competition will bring individuals from different fields to the table acting as a cabinet of ministers who will draft solutions via mutual discussions. The program has been designed to guide the table through issues, discussion and decision-making. Participants do not need prior preparation and can enjoy the event will a free mind.

Rules:

The entry fee for each team is Rs 250.
Participants have the freedom to choose any sub-theme of the main themes (Health, Climate Change, Education, Agriculture) for their pitching.
Participants have 35 minutes to prepare for their chosen theme. Slide presentations are allowed and mandatory during pitching, but slides must be created on the spot.
Slides need to be sent to the provided email at the end of the preparation session.
Each team will have 7 minutes for pitching. A bell will ring at 5 minutes, signaling the conclusion of the team’s pitch at the 7-minute mark.
Pitching must be business-oriented.
The order of the team to pitch is chosen from a lucky draw. Teams are not allowed to prepare during pitching session.
Scores are allocated with 15% for materials/slides, 35% for pitching effectiveness, and 50% for creativity in problem-solving.
Existing business model materials/slides aren’t allowed. Everything needs to be created on the spot.
